Pinnacle Data Service is a daily data compiler and aggregator, capturing information from the public domain relating to property deeds of transfer, just sold real estate properties, and refinance information.

Such information is harvested, for example, from county courthouses throughout the country in-person data gathering and/or via public-facing, online county web sites.

Property deeds of transfers and refinance information, such as home equity lines of credit are used for background information, loan purchases, mortgage asset searches, and for other legal and financial transactions.

All information gathered meets CCPA compliance measures and other industry legislation as pertained to privacy practices.

Should a recipient of a direct marketing offer wish to be removed from a mailing list and/or our marketing database, one can simply opt-out of all future solicitations by contacting us and the record will be promptly removed from all future correspondence.
